You don’t have to fall apart to justify your healing.
If you're here, you might be carrying something that feels heavier than it looks from the outside. Maybe you’ve tried everything else—podcasts, books, journaling, pulling cards, breathwork, generic “regulation” tools, or any number of other modalities—and it’s just not cutting it anymore. Or maybe you’re brand new to healing work, but some part of you knows: something has to shift.
Either way—you’re not broken. You’re just tired of being the strong one.
I’m not here to fix you or lead you anywhere your soul isn’t already headed. I’m here to walk with you—trail mate style—as you remember how to trust your own sacred rhythm again. The truth is, healing doesn’t usually come as a breakthrough. Sometimes it starts with exhaling for the first time in a week. Sometimes it sounds like “Oh. That makes sense now.” Sometimes it looks like naming what’s been waiting in the dark.
I blend nervous system work, intuitive coaching, energy clearing, and deep ceremonial presence to hold space for those moments. But the most important thing I offer is this: I won’t go faster than what your body says yes to. I’m not the kind of guide who pushes. I listen. I reflect. And I make space for your truths to rise on their own timeline.
Because yes—healing is personal. And I don’t want you to feel like you’re doing it alone.
How I got here…
For a long time, I did life the “right” way.
I checked all the boxes—stable job in a respected career, marriage, degrees, ambition. I knew how to push, perform, and hold it all together. From the outside, it looked like success.
But inside, I felt numb. Disconnected. Isolated. My relationships were strained. My anxiety was constant, even if I hid it well. And I started to wonder, is this really it?
The turning point came when my therapist helped me recognize what I already knew deep down—my marriage wasn’t working, it wasn’t going to change, and I was no longer willing to tolerate a “just ok” relationship. With her support, I decided to leave. It wasn’t impulsive. It was an act of coming home to myself. What followed was a season of deep spiritual seeking. I threw myself into everything from energy healing to mystery school teachings to books, programs, and trainings that cracked something open in me. It was intoxicating. I called it my "spiritual go-time."
But eventually, that too turned into another flavor of burnout.
After nearly two years of trying to force clarity—obsessing over my soul purpose, gripping for answers, diving deep into modalities but feeling like I was getting nowhere—I finally surrendered. I was burned out from healing. And because I didn’t get the message to slow down on my own…the universe amplified it.
First through my body: a back injury I couldn’t ignore.
Then through my father’s debilitating stroke—an event that changed everything.
I hit pause on the business I was building and moved into his home to manage finances, mail, and the logistics of his care. (The nursing home provides the day-to-day support—but the emotional and energetic weight? That’s been mine to carry.) I’m currently navigating the thick of it: grief, responsibility, and the chaos of an estate sale that won’t seem to end.
So no, I’m not “on the other side.”
But I no longer see healing as something linear—or rushed.
It’s become what I live. A practice of grace, nervous system capacity, and listening deeply—especially when life gets loud.
This is the work I now hold space for:
Not outsourcing your answers.
But remembering that even in the storm, your body, your spirit, and your unfolding already know the way.
What it’s like to work with me
This isn’t a quick-fix space.
It’s where you come to breathe. To feel again. To hear yourself beneath the noise.
In our work together, we slow everything down. We honor the body’s pace. We follow curiosity, not pressure. Whether it's a one-off session or part of a larger ceremony, each space I create is shaped by what you’re holding—and what you’re ready to release.
There might be gentle energy clearing, nervous system techniques, somatic tracking, intuitive reflection, or soft ceremonial elements like sound or visualization. I follow your lead and what your field reveals. Nothing is forced. Nothing is performative.
Most sessions feel like long exhales. Not because they’re light—but because your system finally feels safe enough to let go.
You don’t have to “show up healed.” You don’t even have to know what to say.
Bring the ache. Bring the fog. Bring the version of you who’s tired of holding it all alone—and we’ll start there.
What guides my work
My approach weaves together trauma-informed coaching, intuitive energy work, nervous system integration tools (including NSI), and ceremonial facilitation.
I’ve trained in multiple modalities—but the most important teachings have come from walking through my own dark nights, learning how to regulate in real time, and staying in integrity with what I offer. I don’t share anything I haven’t lived through, practiced, or witnessed to be effective over time.
I believe healing happens in relationship—with the body, with safe others, with something greater. That’s the space I hold: gentle, collaborative, adaptive. Always based on consent and nervous system readiness.
And while no one can promise transformation, I can promise this:
I’ll meet you where you are. Fully. Softly. With reverence for what unfolds.
If this speaks to you…
You’re invited to explore my current sessions and offers—or reach out with questions on my home page if you're not sure where to start.
There’s no pressure. No urgency.
Just your next right step toward sacred restoration—led by what your soul already knows.
Whether you work with me once or walk alongside me for a season, my intention is the same:
To offer a space where your own inner wisdom gets to rise—gently, fully, in its own time.
