Some people find this work because they're curious…
Most find it because something finally stopped working.
The podcasts. The books. The journaling. The breathwork. The therapy. Maybe even the spiritual deep-dives that felt electric for a while — until they, too, became another thing to consume without really changing.
If you're here, you probably already understand yourself better than most people ever will. You've named the patterns. You've done the inner work. And you're tired of the gap between what you know and how you actually feel.
That gap is exactly where I work.
I'm a neurosomatic coach, shamanic healer, past life regression hypnotherapist, and ceremonialist. But the most honest way I can describe what I do is this: I help people stop living beneath the truth of who they are.
Not by becoming someone new. By remembering who they've always been.
I came to this work the way most good guides do — not through a calling, but through necessity.
For a long time I did life the right way. Stable career. The degrees. The ambition. From the outside it looked like success. Inside, I felt numb, disconnected, quietly anxious in ways I'd learned to hide well. I knew how to push and perform and hold everything together. What I didn't know was how to actually be well.
The unraveling started with an honest conversation with my therapist. My marriage wasn't working. It wasn't going to. And I was no longer willing to tolerate a life built around "just okay." Leaving was terrifying and clarifying in equal measure.
What followed was a season of intense spiritual seeking — mystery school teachings, energy healing, modalities that cracked something open in me. It felt like finally waking up.
And then that, too, became its own kind of exhaustion.
Nearly two years of chasing clarity, obsessing over soul purpose, diving into every modality I could find. I was burned out from healing. And because I didn't get the message to slow down, life delivered it more forcefully. First a back injury I couldn't ignore. Then my father's stroke — an event that changed everything.
I paused the business I was building and moved into his home. I managed the finances, the logistics, the weight of watching someone you love lose their independence. I'm still in it. The grief, the responsibility, the estate that won't seem to resolve. I'm not on the other side of this.
What I am is different. Not because I forced myself into a new version of healed. Because I finally stopped.
I stopped chasing the next tool and let the tools I had actually work. I stopped looking for the breakthrough and started building the capacity to just be in what is. Slowly, my nervous system learned that it was safe to let go. Things that used to put me in a tailspin — conflict, uncertainty, other people's pain, not knowing what comes next — I can hold them now. Not perfectly. But without losing myself.
That's what I teach. Not because I read about it. Because I lived it.
What it's like to work with me
I don't go faster than what your body says yes to. That's not a tagline. It's the actual methodology.
Your nervous system holds every pattern, belief, and story you've ever built around staying safe. Insight alone doesn't change those patterns. Your body has to learn something new is possible — and that takes the kind of space most healing containers don't create.
In our work together, we slow down. We follow curiosity, not pressure. We honor what's actually happening in your system rather than what you think should be happening by now. There might be somatic work, energy clearing, guided meditation, ceremonial elements, deep reflection. What's there is shaped by what you're holding and what you're ready to release. Nothing is forced.
Most people describe the experience as a long exhale. Not because the work is light — but because their system finally feels safe enough to let go.
You don't have to arrive healed. You don't have to know what to say. Bring exactly where you are, and we'll start there.
The foundation of this work
My approach weaves together neurosomatic intelligence, trauma-informed coaching, shamanic and ceremonial facilitation, past life regression, intuitive energy work, and somatic integration. I don't offer anything I haven't lived through, practiced extensively, or witnessed work across many different people over time.
I believe transformation happens in relationship — with the body, with safe others, with something larger than the story you've been telling about yourself. That's the space I hold: grounded, adaptive, always led by consent and nervous system readiness.
Where to begin
If you're new here, the best place to start is the $17 Nervous System Reboot — a 40-minute workshop that gives you nine practical tools and lets you feel whether this approach resonates before you commit to anything deeper.
If you already know you want more, the 12-week course or The Temple of Unfixing may be calling you.
And if you're not sure, reach out. No pressure. No pitch. Just a real conversation about where you are and what might actually help.
